Job Title : ServiceNow Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) CMDB Asset Lifecycle Management and Discovery . The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow platform development experience strong JavaScript / Glide scripting skills and a proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITAM CMDB and Asset Management
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Discovery including integrations with third-party tools
- Develop and maintain advanced scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Build and manage Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and Workflows
- Implement REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Design and execute data transformation and ETL processes using Transform Maps
- Implement data normalization reconciliation and enrichment to ensure CMDB and asset data accuracy
- Support and enhance third-party integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable high-quality solutions
