Housekeeping / Custodial Associate

As a Retail Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the building including restrooms, selling floor, office spaces & other common areas. Additional responsibilities include : dusting the selling floor (both high and low), maintaining carpets and tile floors utilizing commercial grade equipment, sweeping, collecting trash and recycling materials, picking up trash from registers & offices, dust mopping and wet mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, wiping down cafeteria tables, emptying trash cans, and dry / wet mopping floors. Clean and sanitize, restock restroom supplies, empty trash cans in restrooms.

Qualifications : 1-2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and / or holidays.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions : moderate lifting (up to 35 lbs.), sit, stand, and walk for required periods of time, ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers to handle objects and operate tools and / or controls.
