We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft compelling content across various platforms. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring clear, consistent messaging both internally and externally.

Pay Range: $21.50 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with followers and monitoring trends.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
Assist in planning and executing marketing and public relations campaigns.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
