Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Actively engage with clients to address their inquiries and provide comprehensive assistance with their insurance policies.
Policy Maintenance : Ensure all client data and policy documents are up-to-date and accurately maintained in the system.
Problem Resolution : Efficiently handle client issues and resolve disputes to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Awareness : Stay informed on the latest insurance market trends to advise clients effectively and accurately.
Documentation : Thoroughly document each client interaction to maintain clear records of communication and services provided.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and claims teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
Requirements
Property and Casualty licensed preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to handle challenging customer service scenarios with a calm and composed demeanor.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
A collaborative team player who can work well with colleagues and management.
Prior experience in a customer service or CSR role is preferred.
