Line Server

POSITION SUMMARY :

As a Line Server and Team Member, your primary role is serving our guests and assisting with the preparation of food.

Job Functions :

• Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines.
• Restock front line with prepared product.
• Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs / tools.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations every day.
• Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
