We are seeking a Workday HCM Lead (Functional) to join our dynamic team supporting Federal Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration and HCM systems, who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within the Workday ecosystem.

While Workday certification is not required at the time of hire, the selected candidate will be expected to achieve Workday HCM Certification post-employment (training support provided).

What You'll Do :

• Act as a functional lead in the implementation and / or support of Workday HCM modules
• Translate complex HR business needs into Workday functional requirements and configurations
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and map current HR processes to Workday functionality
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Workday HCM modules
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and HR staff
• Assist with data conversion, reporting, and post-deployment support
• Stay up to date on Workday best practices and upcoming releases

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is :

$102,213.00 - $198,602.00
