Job Duties

  • Maintain a warm & welcome at the Host Stand : greeting guests and bidding them farewell, answering the phone, etc
  • Control restaurant flow by managing incoming reservations & waitlist through OpenTable following our operating standards
  • Have a clear understanding of all restaurant items demonstrate willingness to assist with any questions
  • Maintain a clean working environment at the front of the restaurant, bottle shop, and bathrooms
  • Assist with turning tables by cleaning them after guests have departed.

Expectations & Physical Demands

  • Attend scheduled shifts on time and in accordance with dress code and appearance guidelines
  • Fair notice of availability changes and time off requests
  • Strong knowledge of products sold in retail bottle shop
  • This position will require the employee to periodically lift, push, pull or carry items up to 50 lbs in weight (outdoor furniture, assisting with deliveries, etc)
  • This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time
  • This position will require the employee to periodically climb stairs, ramps or uneven surfaces.
