Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with modern technologies

5+ years leading engineering teams in roles such as Director or VP

Proven record of building and launching 0 1 products in a fast-growth environment

Expertise in system design, distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure

Experience setting engineering culture and operational excellence
