A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure operations align with regulations and manage compliance-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting chattel loan origination and servicing
Coordinate compliance-related projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Conduct research on regulatory developments and analyze existing policies for enhancements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; compliance-related certifications are a plus
3+ years of experience in mortgage lending and / or servicing compliance or risk management
Knowledge of regulations governing mortgage lending and servicing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with project management in a compliance context
