Job Title: Civil Associate Engineering Technician - Water
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support multidisciplinary engineering project teams for water and industrial infrastructure. Our team values attention to detail and technical expertise in developing high-quality deliverables for critical site development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical tasks requiring intermediate knowledge of engineering principles and practices under general supervision.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables using design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley MicroStation.
• Coordinate project deliverables with other internal groups to ensure accuracy and minimize errors or interferences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and applying new applications, tools, and methods within the project scope.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation, including alignments, pipe networks, grading, and surfaces.
• Typically a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in drafting or engineering design technology.
• Diploma or certificate required; Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Related Technology preferred.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search according to applicable laws and regulations.
