A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day legal advice on various employment issues in collaboration with the People team
Review and ensure compliance of employment policies with legal standards and best practices
Support cross-functional teams on strategic global projects related to employment compliance
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of employment law experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Demonstrated experience in employment counseling
Ability to exercise sound judgment balancing legal risks and business needs
Strong organization and project management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with multiple stakeholders
