A company is looking for a Finance Director, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership and managerial direction to finance resources in the Americas

Drive business strategy through financial modeling and support decision-making processes

Manage and enhance financial reporting processes and support business performance reviews

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of driving results and process improvements

Solid understanding of financial systems and familiarity with automation tools

Strong leadership and team management skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred)
