Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and catering functions while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to deliver seamless service and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with sales and catering teams to organize and execute events, meetings, and functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service to address their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and manage event orders, contracts, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as F&B (Food and Beverage), housekeeping, and audio / visual teams, to ensure all aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
• Assist in sales strategies, including prospecting to identify new business opportunities and upselling services to existing clients.
• Monitor and track event budgets, timelines, and checklists to ensure compliance and successful event execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
