Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while adhering to departmental goals.
- Process reservations accurately and within expected timelines.
- Input reservation details into the system with precision.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams to address concerns.
- Document client needs and issues appropriately using clear and proper language.
- Start assigned tasks promptly and ensure timely completion.
- Adapt to additional duties or assignments as required by the team.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
- Competence in navigating and utilizing systems efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work settings.
- Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership.
