Real Estate Paralegal West Los Angeles

HERS Advisors have partnered with a successful bi-coastal law firm who have a need for a stellar Real Estate Paralegal to work in their West Los Angeles office (hybrid).

Requirements for Real Estate Paralegal:

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with a paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program.
• 5+ years of Real Estate/Finance experience and have worked with a variety of lenders.
• Experience preparing UCC financing statements, closing escrow instructions, closing documents and binders, reviewing title policies, and working with title companies regarding any policy issues.
• Must be familiar with filing appropriate documents with the Secretary of State, Department of Corporations, Internal Revenue Service and/or the Franchise Tax Board and obtaining tax identification numbers.
