What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for leading project teams through inception to closeout, managing project construction / financials, scheduling, ensuring quality / schedules / safety / company policies, managing / controlling project costs, and job forecasts / reports
• Client / owner, sub, and architect coordination / relations
• Change orders, contracts, negotiations, resolve issues, manage project progress / profitability, value engineering, constructability reviews, project meetings, scope, budgets, plans / specs, and equipment / material scheduling
