Propelis is the result of joining the two leading companies in strategic, experiential, packaging, and adaptive design, ecommerce solutions, artwork production, and print solutions. We're seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Leader to drive our growth, brand awareness, and demand generation in the enterprise and mid-market space.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts across the full customer lifecyclefrom awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy. You'll lead a high-performing team, build integrated marketing strategies, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include :

• Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
• Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (e.g., demand gen, content, digital, product marketing).
• Demand Generation : Own the planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Brand & Positioning : Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Product Marketing : Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Sales Enablement : Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively.
• Analytics & Optimization : Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with our Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and goals.
