HumanEdge Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join a leading acute care facility in Bay Shore, NY . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician passionate about neonatal and pediatric care, particularly in the NICU setting.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients across a range of acuity levels, including neonatal and pediatric populations.
Deliver specialized treatment for newborns as early as 26 weeks gestational age .
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support patient recovery and developmental milestones.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Active NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration
BLS (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist
Experience treating newborns (26 weeks and older)
Preferred
NICU Certification

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM
On-Call : None
Rotating weekends required
