Overview

CHI St. Alexius Health is seeking a BC / BE Anesthesiologist to join our team in Bismarck, ND. This 225 bed Level II Trauma center provides comprehensive care to the Bismarck / Mandan area and serves as a regional referral center. It has a 14-bed closed ICU with 24 / 7 Intensivist coverage and round the clock Hospitalist service.

Practice Details :

• MDA fellowship is not required
• Anesthesia team is comprised of 8 full-time and 2 PRN physicians as well as 17 CRNAs
• Coverage of one hospital
• Broad case mix : Cardiothoracic, Pediatric, General, Ortho, OB / GYN, Urology, Neuro, etc
• Surgical suites, endoscopy suite, cardiac cath labs, PACU, EP lab
• Care team model with medical direction of CRNAs (except bypass cases)
• Physicians sit cardiac cases (TEE comfortability a must) and run labor epidural service
• EPIC EMR
