Pay rate : $45 / hr on W2 and Max conversion is $83k

Shift : 8 : 30 am PST depending on location in US and flexible.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Sr. Proposal Specialist to lead the development of strategic proposals in response to moderate to highly complex RFPs. This role is ideal for a proposal professional with strong project management, communication, and writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will serve as a proposal strategist, working cross-functionally with corporate and field business partners, including senior leadership, to create compelling, client-focused proposals that align with company goals and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead proposal development for high-profile and complex RFPs.
• Facilitate RFP strategy meetings with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to gather insights and align on proposal direction.
• Serve as proposal strategist, crafting compliant and compelling responses that reflect a deep understanding of client needs and company offerings.
• Manage multiple concurrent RFPs, collaborating with cross-divisional teams and external resources as needed.
• Provide oversight and direction for strategic proposal messaging, positioning, and content development.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements and submitted through appropriate channels (e.g., online RFP platforms).
• Translate technical information and product knowledge into persuasive content tailored to the target audience.
• Maintain and update proposal content to reflect current market positioning and strategic messaging.
• Document and manage proposal project plans, timelines, and team responsibilities.
• Analyze proposal-related processes to identify improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Write, review, and edit proposal copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
• Support communication strategies and provide recommendations to enhance proposal effectiveness.
