Schedule : 7-4 PM CST, 8-5 PM CST, 6 CST

Responsibilities

As an Account Processor you will :

• Contact and work with utility providers over the phone and through email
• Utilize Conservice software to investigate and locate missing bills
• Retrieve bills from utility providers and prepare them to be processed
• Phone Use : Medium (Up to 40% of the workday)
• Type : Outbound
• Ensure method of arriving bills is done through correct processes
• Return messages left by vendors and providers as needed
• Ability to achieve the standard of 70 billing resolutions per day
