Description/Scope of Work

The technical coordinator will: Arrange meetings, track work, and document findings for Health Data Services work efforts. In particular, the coordinator will ensure that the Director of Health Data Services is informed about ongoing projects and that staff are aware of decisions made in meetings with the Director.

Create work structures, policies, and procedures.

Create forms and work trackers.

Manage staff deliverables Manage Vendor relationships Manage staff training

Business Need

At least 2 years of project coordinator experience

Preference given for experience in Healthcare or Government

Preference given for experience in County Health Care

Qualifications

Must be self-driven

Able to produce from minimal direction

Must speak proficient English

Must understand basic project principles

Experience with PMI or PMP language is a bonus

Experience working with data engineers is a bonus

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or equivalent experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Advanced Excel
• MS Project or Smartsheet project management software
• SharePoint and MS Teams

Remote/Telework

This position is on-site 6 days a month. While the schedule and amount can change, it usually occurs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of weeks 2 and 4 of the month. Travel costs will not be reimbursed.
