Job Title: Construction Account Manager

Job Summary:

Ultimate Staffing is working in partnership with our client in the Construction Industry in Fort Lauderdale. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager in the Industry to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in account management within the construciton industry, coupled with a strong desire to foster business growth. This role involves developing and nurturing customer relationships, working in tandem with the estimating team and project managers to ensure all estimates are precise, competitive, and meet project specifications. The position offers attractive sales incentives and commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site inspections and measurements to determine project scope.
• Use company database to create accurate cost estimates for roofing projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing for materials and services.
• Present estimates to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of bid proposals.
• Utilize company CRM software to manage project workflows and document handling.
• Maintain a spreadsheet tracking bid jobs, dollar amounts, and sold projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in roofing.
• Provide support to project managers during the execution phase of projects.
• Assist with job invoicing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the roofing industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, methods, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness in planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
