Supervisor

We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees.

This is a Monday - Friday evening position that does require a weekend rotation. Responsibilities include :

• Facilitating communication between quality assurance, clients, and custodians to ensure all needs are being met
• Performing quality assurance inspections and correcting deficiencies
• Training staff

Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must have previous experience coaching and supervising multiple positions / employees. Cleaning is required as we are a janitorial service. Shift is Monday - Friday beginning at 4 : 00 p.m. or 5 : 00 p.m. A weekend rotation is required. Bilingual preferred - strong verbal / written communication and average math skills a must. Must be able to write reports and manage budgets. Valid Driver's License and Background Check required.

Must have supervisor experience and commercial cleaning experience.

Job Position Description :

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training, and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and completes all assignments to standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Compensation : $15.00 an hour and up
