Job Details

Conduct comprehensive coverage analysis across multiple policy types (liability, property, etc.)

Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial

Draft high-quality legal documents, including memoranda, motions, and correspondence

Provide strategic legal counsel and superior service to clients

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

Proven ability to work independently and manage complex caseloads

Commitment to excellence in client service and legal work product

Licensed to practice law in [Insert State]
