Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk activities, scheduling, and performing general clerical duties to maintain an organized and professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering and directing calls professionally
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, organizing files, and handling office equipment
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer Service abilities with a focus on professionalism and creating a positive experience for visitors
• Experience with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
