The Director, Engineering and Maintenance is responsible for providing leadership of the Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Utility Systems, Infrastructure, Automation, and Maintenance functions at Curia's Springfield site. This position will direct and lead a team who support a 24 x 7 Bulk Pharmaceutical development and manufacturing facility. As a member of the Site Senior Leadership Team, the position reports directly to the General Manager / Site Head.

Occasionally the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.
