Key Responsibilities

Manage the quarterly training intake and prioritization process to align with business priorities

Develop and manage multi-regional training schedules, ensuring smooth execution of live virtual training sessions

Analyze attendance and engagement data to produce reports and improve training programs

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing complex, global training or enablement programs

Strong project management and operational execution skills

Advanced proficiency with virtual training and collaboration platforms

Experience analyzing data and generating reports to guide program strategy

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
