About the Educator Role

The Educator role at Project LeanNation is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer experience in our retail locations. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, meeting each client where they are in their health journey, and speaking authentically about our community and culture. They have a hand in all aspects of our business from client education, crafting made-to-order shakes, community engagement, and more.

What the Position Entails:

• Greeting patrons and visitors of PLN Ballantyne with great energy, enthusiasm and knowledge.

• Developing and maintaining knowledge about PLN’s mission, values, meals and meal plans, products and operations.

• Engaging with prospective clients to explain who we are, what we do and how we can help them accomplish their goals.

• Participating in all aspects of communication with and care of prospective members, including guiding prospective members through PLN’s signature “Lean Consultation”, which includes facilitating an InBody body composition scan and discussing the results.

• Participating in all aspects of member management, including assisting members with selecting meal plans, guiding members through follow-up InBody scans and consultations, and supporting members in reaching their goals.

• Working the retail floor which includes operating the shake bar, executing the retail sale of meals, snacks and supplements, inventory management, and cleaning tasks.

• Assist with social media marketing and community outreach events.
