We’re seeking a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. If you’re passionate about providing excellent care and building long-term relationships with patients, we’d love to meet you!
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years of RDH experience preferred
A compassionate, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
Someone who values quality care and enjoys working in a supportive team environment
A long-term team member who wants to grow with our practice
Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred)
Responsibilities include:
Providing thorough and gentle dental hygiene care
Educating patients on oral health and preventive care
Supporting a positive patient experience from start to finish
Collaborating with the dental team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
Current Arizona state licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist
Certification in CPR and basic life support (BLS).
Laser Certification
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but not mandatory, for entry-level positions.
Proficiency in using dental equipment and tools, including X-ray machines and ultrasonic scalers.
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and oral health education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and precision in performing dental hygiene tasks.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
