What You’ll Do :

Develop and Maintain Relationships  – Engage with insurance professionals and customers to grow your client base.

Drive Sales & Earnings  – Your income is based on performance, so the more you put in, the more you make!

Work In & Out of the Office  – Balance in-office planning with on-the-ground customer interactions.

Manage Multiple Projects  – Stay organized while working with clients at different stages of the insurance repair process.

What to Expect :

The hours are  primarily Monday - Friday, standard business hours , with on-call requirements as needed—so a  flexible work schedule is required .

The compensation package includes  a base salary plus performance bonuses, a car allowance, and benefits .

Your earning potential is  unlimited —your salary and bonuses are solely driven by  your performance .

Vacation –

• 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)

Requirements

To be considered for this position applicants must have a WA State Driver's License and a good driving record. You will be required to use your own vehicle.
