Trade Compliance Analyst

Trade Compliance Analyst (TCA)

As the Trade Compliance Analyst (TCA), you will assist Trade Compliance Managers with all export classifications analysis and shipments.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for product classification requests (ITAR, ECCN, HTS, COO) by working with suppliers / distributors to obtain product information to support product classifications.
• Prepare Export / Import Licenses (DSP-61, DSP-5, DSP-73, BIS 748)
• Responsible for new product and new project classification requests by working with the technical team to obtain product information to support classifications.
• Act as the subject matter expert on export compliance matters.
• Support processing all Import and Export shipments.
• Support the review and execution of the international visitor process, international travel, internal data reviews, denied party screening and shipping documents.
• Perform periodic audits from both a procedural and transactional perspective.

Requirements :

Will support the following PPG locations : Huntsville, Alabama; Sylmar, Burbank, Valencia, Mojave in California; Avon, Massachusetts; Grand Prairie, Texas. Will support PPG Aerospace Global locations also.
