Xcelerate Solutions is in need of a Full-Time Background Investigations Document Control Specialist to work our DHS Programs in McLean, VA. Candidates must have an active Top Secret level security clearance to be considered. Location : Remote, Hybrid, On Customer Site

Clearance : Top Secret

Responsibilities :

• Data entry of case details, from government issued case documents, into internal Xcelerate system.
• Processing daily mail received from nationwide field resources. Includes : sorting, organizing, scanning, and uploading directly into Xcelerate system.
• Uploading attachments, faxes, and any other required document from paper format to a digital Xcelerate system.
• Ensuring cases and case attachments are completed and entered into Xcelerate system in a timely manner and in accordance with Xcelerate standards.
• Assist in managing credentialed investigator population and ensure their files are up to date per government requirement.
• Provide aid to FI's, Reviewers, and other program staff to ensure timeliness and thoroughness of investigations.
• Transmission of daily closed cases to our government customers.
• Pull case files to be destroyed per contractual requirements.
• Order supplies as needed for the PMO to ensure smooth operational processes.
