Provides speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide therapy services to improve communication and swallowing skills. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning. Required Qualifications Valid and unrestricted SLP license in the state of California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting. Travel experience. Skills & Competencies Strong assessment and treatment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
