Lead Contract Manager

A company is looking for a Lead Contract Manager responsible for optimizing the contract lifecycle within the Commercial Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Contract Specialists, overseeing workflow and career development

Negotiate, draft, and manage vendor and customer contracts while ensuring compliance with data privacy laws

Develop complex reports on commercial legal metrics and support procurement and sales teams in contract processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

8+ years of experience as a contract manager in technology transactions

Strong people management experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team

Proven understanding of the SaaS business model and K-12 EdTech ecosystem

Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
