Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of biostatisticians in clinical study design and data analysis

Provide technical and strategic leadership for complex clinical programs

Oversee the biostatistics team and manage budgets for research impact

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with analytical experience in clinical trials

Experience managing teams and providing coaching and feedback

Proven leadership in managing projects and driving innovation

Extensive biostatistical experience with complex methodologies and clinical trial data

Deep expertise in clinical trial design and statistical methodology
