About the Role

The LPN Nursing Coordinator manages IHCC coordination, new client intakes, monthly visits, clinical documentation, and communication with providers and families. This role supports the quality, compliance, and consistency of client care across the agency.

This position is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys independence, and wants to grow in a leadership-aligned nursing role without bedside burnout.

Compensation & Growth Path

Starting Pay : $30.00$35.00 / hour / hour

(based on experience, documentation skills, and caseload readiness)

90-Day Raise :

Up to $1.00 increase based on :

• accuracy of documentation
• IHCC compliance
• timeliness of visits
• communication with clients and the Director
• reliability and professionalism

Annual Raises :

$1.00 increase each year based on performance.

Pay Cap :

This role caps at $40 / hour, creating long-term financial growth and stability for high-performing nurses.
