Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization. Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance standards. Experience with cloud-based databases and services (e.G., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.G., Python, Shell) for automation tasks. Certifications in database technologies or cloud platforms.

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design, development, and optimization, with expertise in managing complex data environments. As a Database Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of our databases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support business applications.
- Optimize database performance by analyzing and resolving issues related to queries, indexes, and storage.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate database solutions into applications.
- Develop and implement data models, schemas, and tables to meet business requirements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform regular database monitoring and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and provide technical support.
- Create and maintain documentation related to database architecture and processes.
