Willow Dental Group [WDG] is immediately seeking an outstanding Registered Dental Assistant to join their fabulous team for a meaningful, positive, and long-term career. WDG is a privately owned, general dental office and desires to be the best dental office in Central Valley. Their company goal is to provide excellence in both dental and whole patient care daily in their busy office. The candidate should be well-organized, able to anticipate and fully support their dentist’s chair-side with great attention to detail and follow-through, i.e. consistently completing patient notes for every patient. Must be able to live out the WDG mission, respectful of patients and co-workers, positive, trustworthy, reliable, driven, humble and accountable.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications : Reliable professional with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude is a must to serve patients and the team with excellence. Experience with CEREC and iTero scanning is valuable and is utilized daily in the office. Invisalign, and ZOOM Teeth Whitening experience is a plus, and RDAs are expected to be competent and efficient in taking a full set of x-rays [PAs and bitewings], impressions, and digital photography.
