Job Title : Bookkeeper

Location : On Site in North Canton, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000

Main Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper :

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Handle other accounting duties as needed to support the team.

    • Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper :

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of AR, AP, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
