Guaranteed 30+ unrestricted hours per month (curriculum, parent training, assessments, etc.) No charge for unrestricted hours Paid exam prep, study materials, and exam fees covered Current Active RBT certification At least 1 year of ABA experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Actively in, pursuing or planning to pursue a Masters degree in ABA (preferred). Reliable transportation, CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based setting
- Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training / supervision
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent training
- Assist with client programming, data analysis, and material development
- Lead small group activities and provide session coverage when needed
- Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff
