JOB SUMMARY :

The Office Administrator / Accounts Receivable Support role is a dual-function position that combines accounts receivable responsibilities with front-office and administrative support. Approximately 40–50% of this role focuses on AR tasks, with the remaining time dedicated to supporting daily office operations, customer communication, and internal administrative needs.

This role is ideal for someone who has some AR experience (including entry-level) paired with office, customer service, or administrative experience, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable on the phone. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the drive to support both financial and office operations.

Requirements : Accounts Receivable

  • Assist with customer billing and invoicing
  • Support collections efforts, including following up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment status
  • Support AR reporting and general administrative tasks related to receivables
  • Experience with both AP / AR is welcome, but AR experience is preferred

Office Administration & Customer Support

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact
  • Assist customer service as needed with inquiries, documentation, or follow-ups
  • Support installer pay processing when office leadership is out
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Help maintain an organized, professional office environment
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day office needs
  • Support additional office and administrative tasks as assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (entry-level acceptable)
  • Previous office administration, reception, or customer service experience
  • Comfortable and confident communicating by phone
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a hybrid role
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in construction, service, or operations-based environments is a plus
  • OTHER :
