Schedule : M-F 8-5 (non billable lunch) flexable depending on business needs

This role will be mostly remote with some potential day(s) on site (in Palo Alto / SF, Irvine / Tustin or Vancouver area) with flexability depending on business needs

This is what you'll do :

• Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Company's need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world
• Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets
• Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivian's culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent
• Work hard, exceed expectations, challenge
