Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview : We are hiring for a dynamic technology company specializing in ISD Americas.

Role Summary : As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the processes and rhythm of business, forecasting financials, coordinating reporting on strategic initiatives, and providing information for portfolio health reviews. Your role is essential in ensuring delivery leaders have the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manage processes and rhythm of business for ISD Americas.
  • Forecast financials and manage leakage.
  • Coordinate reporting on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide information for portfolio health reviews, monthly business reviews, and mid-month operational reviews.
  • Ensure delivery leaders have the necessary information for decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and insights from data.

Key Qualifications

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a business management role.
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with managing financials.
  • Fluent in Spanish to support the LATAM business.
  • Experience working across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Some experience with Power BI.
  • General understanding of consulting projects and billable hours.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience as a business manager in a consulting business.
  • Degree in accounting or financial analyst background.
