We're open to hiring a strong Mid-Level, Senior, or Staff Recruiter mindset and approach matter most to us. Sourcing expertise : you've personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition). Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring : you understand what great technical talent looks like. A track record of strong execution : you consistently deliver and iterate based on results. A growth mindset : you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.
