Warehouse Associate Entry Level

Pay: $18 to $19 per hour
Location: Hillsborough County

Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a fast growing Cable Technology company in Hillsborough County to hire a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate. This is a great entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that values consistency, teamwork, and doing things the right way.

What You Will Do

• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment

• Pick, pack, and process outgoing orders using warehouse software

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Support daily warehouse operations and assist team members as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge including Excel and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast paced environment

• Forklift experience preferred

• RF scanner experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and changing temperatures

• Daily interaction with warehouse staff and occasional vendors

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certificate preferred or willingness to obtain
