Key Responsibilities

Utilize and manage TraceGains systems for onboarding new vendors and ensuring compliance

Assist in managing supplier documentation and product specifications within the TraceGains platform

Support communication with vendors regarding documentation needs and monitor expired vendor documents

Required Qualifications

Interest in Food Safety and Quality

Organized with a strong attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft Office

Curious and eager to learn
