Job Summary

This position is responsible for billing and reimbursement (patient and insurance); ensuring timely entry of data into the accounts receivable system; and providing support to billing functions to expedite and maximize claims and patient reimbursement; and providing insurance claims and patient account resolution and refund analysis; assistance in resolving patient inquiries.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - Two (2) years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a non-profit and/or health clinic environment.
Other Requirement(s) - EPIC experience is valued.
