Production Associate

Our client, Acushnet Company / Titleist is seeking production associates to join their team. As a production associate, you will be part of the Titleist Golf Ball manufacturing process .The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn fast, be punctual and have the ability to work overtime. Must speak Fluent English.

Job Title : Pad Print & Pack / Ship

Location : New Bedford Massachusetts

Shifts & Pay :

1st Shift : 7am-3pm Mon - Fri + OT as required @ 19.38 per hr

2nd Shift : 3pm - 11pm Mon - Fri + OT as required @ $20.15 per hr

3rd Shift 11pm - 7am Sun - Thur + OT as required @ $21.32 per hr

What’s the Job??

Pad Print

Properly stamp golf balls by operating a personalized, two, three, four or five color pad print machine ensuring quality and productivity levels are met.

Control and operate assigned pad print equipment.

Ensure first ball inspection is completed and inspect samples of balls during stamping process to insure quality standards are met.

Record pad printed ball production and wipes, closing completed orders in Viewlocity.?

Monitor and maintain equipment (example : change and clean ink wells, plates, pads, etc.)

Pack / Ship

Operate the Automated Packaging machine to pack golf balls into packaging / sleeves to prepare for shipping

Pickup and stock items and / or provide Dryroom support on the production floor for Custom packaging.

Label and prepare orders for shipping

Pack balls into packaging and place packaged balls into shipping cartons.

Sort trucks by Ball types, Order size and packing area

Must have reliable transportation.
