East Daley Analytics is a fast-paced, leading provider of North American energy infrastructure and commodity market insights, offering data-driven solutions to help clients navigate investment decisions, M&A transactions, and financial market opportunities.

We are looking for an outgoing , people-oriented leader who thrives on making connections, influencing others , and motivating teams to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator —fluent, enthusiastic, and quick to connect—who is driven to explore new frontiers , team engagement, and cultural development. This role demands a dynamic individual who will lead the conversation , embrace change, and take the initiative in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Success Metrics & Position Goals

Build Relationships : Will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships. Will need to be quick to connect and passionate about people.

Inspire and Influence : Take the lead in connecting East Daley products to the prospect through a strong understanding of their individual motivations. Opportunities to influence others while developing a network are central to this role.

Drive Performance : Will be competitive, results-oriented, and driven to get things done , both independently and through others.

Requirements : Job Skills

Education / Experience

  • 5+ years proven B2B selling capabilities in an agile, scaling, and often-changing industry
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to find creative solutions in a rapidly evolving and competitive ecosystem, and strong analytical capabilities are a must
  • Professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Superb interpersonal skills, always approachable and professional, with the desire to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Demonstration of a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing objectives
  • Competitive drive and ability to negotiate
  • Proven ability to self-manage complex sales

  • Salary base range is $70,000 to $100,000 DOE

    Plus commission, brings the total range to $110,000 to $160,000
